Take it Slow

Starting something new can be intimidating, regardless of what it is, especially when it comes to nutrition, change can be difficult. For instance, to get in the habit of including fresh fruit and vegetables into your diet, try adding one piece of fruit to meals once or twice a day. The few benefits associated with eating nutritiously include the following;

Drink Wisely

Other beverages recommended are skim milk and black tea or coffee. It’s best to avoid excessive amounts of juice as many are naturally sweet, which can reverse the hard work you’ve been doing.
